Why these numbers
Mepa8 pricing is the cost of one catch, spread over a year. Our own first catch was a database scheduler that ran a $93-a-month bill against a $50 budget. The fix took an afternoon and holds at $40 or less. That single find covers Pro for a year and a half. The second catch, a voice vendor at 106% of its credit limit with overage billing switched on, was worth $46.55 that month and a plan change worth about $30 a month after it. Those are small numbers on purpose. Small teams leak in $50 pieces, and the pieces add up to a salary.

How the market prices this
The nearest tools charge in two ways. Cloud cost products such as Vantage publish a free tier up to $2,500 in tracked monthly spend and paid plans that scale with monitored spend, according to a 2026 pricing breakdown. SaaS spend products such as Cledara list a Basic plan around £100 a month for up to 20 applications with free virtual cards, per its published pricing. Both are built for finance teams at companies with seats to count. Neither reads ElevenLabs, Neon or Railway, and neither has a kill switch an agent can drive.
Mepa8 sits under both on price and beside neither on scope. Pro at $49 is less than half of Cledara's entry price and watches the vendors they do not. The audit at $750 is priced against what we find: the audits we have run on our own accounts turned up between $50 and $100 a month each.
What the audit actually includes
- You give us read-only keys or forward a month of receipts to a Mepa8 inbox. No passwords, ever.
- We list every vendor with its plan, its real cost, its limits and its reset dates. Vendors with no billing API are costed from the receipts.
- Every leak gets a page: what is happening, the measured number, the fix, and the one-line rollback. Our own are public in the incident log so you can see the format.
- We set budgets and alert thresholds on your board and hand it over with the kill recipes written.
- Thirty days later we re-check and send the before-and-after figures.
What is not on this page
Enterprise seats, SSO and custom contracts. If you have more than 30 vendors or more than 10 people who need the board, write to ryan@ib365.ai and we will quote it in one email. Prices on this page are introductory and apply to the first 50 accounts; the change log at the bottom records any change on the day it happens.
Questions people ask
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free watches 3 vendors with email alerts twice a day and shows cost, on-pace and budget bars. It has no kill switch and no SMS. Most people move to Pro at $49 the first time an alert would have saved money, which in our own history took 19 days.
Why is the audit more than a year of Pro?
Because a person does it. The $750 audit is five business days of finding every vendor, pulling real cost, naming each leak with a rollback, and handing over a configured board. Our own first audit found $93 a month on one vendor and $46.55 of overage on another.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the board, in one click, with no call. Billing stops at the end of the current month. Your vendors are untouched because Mepa8 only reads, and your kill recipes and history export as JSON on the Team plan and as a file on request on Pro.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Free and Pro are one board for one person. Team puts up to 10 people on one board for $149 a month flat. The number of vendors is unlimited on Pro and Team; Free stops at 3.
